Firmware Update from TPM v1.2 to v2.0 (Case 2):
To upgrade TPM v1.2 to v2.0 (if TPM chip of your device supports TPM 2.0). (A good comparison of TPM v1.2 and v2.0 can be found here: http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter ... 0-features)

TPM Update Utilities:
Dell: https://www.dell.com/support/home/ch/de ... erId=RF87D

- flush TPM
