I have two questions regarding the purchase of a Macbook Pro:

- Is the 14-days return policy offered by Apple Stores (for which one can have the product changed within 14 days from buying) viable within the Neptune service? If so, how does it work (i.e. where does one return the computer for exchange?)

- Is it possible to receive assistance in Apple stores (e.g. installing software, etc.), as it is if one buys the product there?

Please find the answer to your first question in your other post.

Concerning your second question: Your Neptun Apple Laptop is covered by one year of Apple manufacturer warranty. The second year (swiss defect liability law) is covered by the vendor DataQuest. A third year is either covered by the DataQuest CarePlan or Apple Care Protection Plan if it is included in your order (Neptun recommended configurations have the DataQuest Careplan included by default).

Therefore you have the 90 days setup support via telephone by Apple included.
